Swap the Sisal Fiber Brush Head on your 100% biodegradable Beechwood and Sisal Fiber Dish Brush every six months. It minimally fastens together with a metal wire & metal loop to hang to dry.
Brush Head Replacement

Replacing the Beechwood and Sisal Fiber Dish Brush Head is simple. Pinch the wires together near the head of the brush and slide the small circular metal piece down to remove old brush head. However, you may need pliers the first time you change it. Slide a new brush head on and slide the metal piece back to its original position to hold it tight. Watch this how-to video.

Care Instructions for The Sisal Fiber Kitchen Brush Head 

Hang the dish brush to dry on a dry towel or elevated to allow bristles to drain in between uses. Most importantly, never leave submerged in water. In short, it will wear on the wood causing it to crack or may cause the natural bristles to fall out. The Beechwood and Sisal Fiber Kitchen Brush Head- Refill last about 6 months, however, the handles last up to two years. Wood is naturally antimicrobial, but if you need to clean your brushes, use vinegar on the clean bristles to kill bacteria.

After the Sisal Brush Heads are retired from dishes, demote them to household cleaning before home composting. All products are shipped in recycled paper boxes or with kraft paper or compostable peanuts as padding. Metal parts can be scrap recycled.
